This book is long overdue. It's the first time I've found a genuinely technical explanation of blend versus thermolysis that wasn't just a maddening sales pitch. I really appreciated the troubleshooting chapter, I was able to fix that crackling noise on my old Sterex instead of sending it away for a costly repair. My only real gripe is the wiring diagrams in the install chapter could be a little larger, but the text is clear enough that it wasn't a dealbreaker. A solid addition to any technician's shelf.

It's a high-quality technical book, just not the all-encompassing guide I was hoping for.

It essentially outlines everything you need to know to look credible in front of an APAC or a Syneron delegate. It's a bit academic in the first few chapters, but the section on business opportunities alone justifies the purchase. Highly recommend for anyone moving beyond the treatment chair.
