AI Absurd respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. We have adopted a policy of removing content that violates copyright laws and terminating, in appropriate circumstances, repeat infringers.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on AI Absurd, please contact our Copyright Agent as described below.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed upon on AI Absurd, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
Required Information
- Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work that is being infringed upon (e.g., title, URL, or content details)
- Location of Infringing Content: The specific URL or location on AI Absurd where the infringing content is located
- Your Information: Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- Copyright Ownership: A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Digital Signature: Your electronic signature (typed name or digital signature)

4. Our Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, AI Absurd will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as expeditiously as possible
- Notify the content provider/user that content has been removed
- Provide the user with information about counter-notice procedures
- Take appropriate action regarding repeat infringers, including account termination
We typically process takedown notices within 1–2 business days.
5. Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice must include:

- Identification: A description of the content that was removed
- Location: The URL or location where the content was posted before removal
- Your Information: Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- Consent Statement: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Florida (where AI Absurd is located)
- Legal Basis: An explanation of why you believe the content does not infringe, or is licensed/authorized for use (fair use, license agreement, etc.)
- Perjury Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was wrongly removed and that the information is accurate
- Digital Signature: Your electronic signature

6. Response to Counter-Notices
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, AI Absurd will:
- Review the counter-notice for validity and completeness
- Forward the counter-notice to the original complainant within 10 business days
- Restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 14 days
Restoration Timeline: If no court action is filed, we will restore the content approximately 14 business days after receiving your counter-notice (allowing time for the original complainant to act).
7. False Claims & Penalties
Important: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability, including damages and attorney fees.
False DMCA notices are taken very seriously. We will investigate complaints of abuse and may refer cases to law enforcement.
8. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, AI Absurd will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
Termination may result in:
- Permanent deletion of your account
- Forfeiture of any content you have posted
- Loss of access to subscription services
9. Non-DMCA Copyright Complaints
If you have a copyright concern that does not warrant a formal DMCA notice, you can still contact us:
- Describe the content and copyright issue
- Include the URL or content location
- Explain your relationship to the copyrighted work
We will review and respond to good-faith, informal copyright concerns as quickly as possible.
