Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)

Digital products including ebooks, PDFs, courses, and downloadable files are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive a download link via email immediately after your order is confirmed.

Download Details:

• Links remain active for 30 days from purchase
• Each link allows up to 5 downloads
• Downloads are tracked for security and license compliance
• If you lose your link, contact us to request a new one

2. Print-on-Demand Physical Books

Physical books, printed materials, and other merchandise are manufactured and shipped through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Processing Time

• Standard: 5–10 business days from order date
• Expedited: 2–3 business days (if available, additional fee applies)
• Processing time begins after payment is confirmed (excludes weekends and holidays)

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and size. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Domestic (USA) Shipping

• Standard: 5–7 business days after shipment
• Priority: 2–3 business days after shipment
• Expedited: 1–2 business days after shipment

International Shipping

• Canada: 10–15 business days
• Europe: 15–25 business days
• Other Regions: 20–35 business days
• International orders may be subject to customs delays and duties (customer's responsibility)
• Tracking provided, but AI Absurd is not responsible for customs hold-ups

3. Shipping Addresses

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. We cannot ship to:

• P.O. Boxes (for physical items)
• APO/FPO addresses (military mail)
• Incomplete or ambiguous addresses
• Addresses in countries where shipping is restricted

If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

• Tracking number
• Carrier name
• Estimated delivery date
• Link to track your shipment in real-time

You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information. If a package does not arrive by the estimated date, please check with the carrier first before contacting us.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date:

1. Check with the carrier's tracking system first
2. Take photos of any damage upon receipt
3. Contact us at info@ai-absurd.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos
4. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund

Claims must be filed within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Order weight and dimensions
• Destination address (domestic vs. international)
• Shipping method selected (standard, priority, expedited)

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. No hidden fees are applied.

7. Free Shipping Eligibility

Certain orders may qualify for free shipping. Eligibility is displayed at checkout. Free shipping offers:

• Apply to standard shipping method only
• Are not available for all international destinations
• Cannot be combined with other discounts

8. Liability Limitations

AI Absurd is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural disasters, strikes)
• Customs fees or international tariffs on international orders
• Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Acts of God or events beyond reasonable control

In cases of carrier failure, we will file a claim on your behalf but cannot guarantee full recovery.
