1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AI Absurd (“Service,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AI Absurd for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any software contained on AI Absurd
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or “mirroring” the materials on any other server
• Downloading material for bulk collection or systematic redistribution

3. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products purchased from AI Absurd (including ebooks, PDFs, courses, and downloadable content) are licensed for personal use only. You may download and store files for your personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Uses:

• Sharing download links or files with others
• Reproducing or distributing copies
• Using content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Publishing excerpts online without attribution

4. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Physical books and printed materials are manufactured on-demand through our fulfillment partners. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and shipping. International orders may take longer.

AI Absurd is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs, or international events. Tracking information will be provided with your order.

5. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through AI Absurd:

• Your subscription will renew automatically on the renewal date
• You will be charged according to the selected plan (monthly, annual, etc.)
• You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are issued according to our Refund Policy

6. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AI Absurd (articles, books, images, design, code, etc.) is the intellectual property of AI Absurd or its content partners. You agree to respect all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Absurd AND ITS SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS, AND CONTENT PROVIDERS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO ITS USE OR PERFORMANCE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, NEITHER AI ABSURD NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE AI ABSURD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Absurd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
