Defining the Tool

Electrolysis devices are medical-grade electrical instruments designed to disrupt the growth center of a human hair follicle, offering the only method of permanent hair removal recognized by the American Medical Association and the FDA. The device delivers a controlled electrical current through a fine, filament-like needle, known as an electrode or probe, which is inserted into the hair follicle to reach the dermal papilla. The Three Core Modalities
