This guide is okay. I wish it had more information about the actual treatments and less about the emotional side, but I guess that's what the later chapters are for. Chapter 1 helped me calm down enough to sleep the night I brought it home, so that's something. It's not a medical manual, but it's a decent hand to hold in the dark.
