I found the breakdown of different plastics (the difference between PS and PP resins and why it matters for autoclaving) to be genuinely helpful, but the troubleshooting chapter was a bit generic for my tastes. It covers the usual issues with condensation, but I think a page of actual microscope photos of common contams would have been more useful than just listed steps.
