I found the first chapter really helpful for just understanding what I was actually using, and the later chapters on maintenance were useful too. That said, I felt the business chapters were a bit over my head, and sometimes the book feels more geared toward someone opening a salon than a person like me. Still, there's a lot of solid info here, and the troubleshooting part alone was worth the price. Three stars because it's good, but not perfect for my level.
