The book has the info I needed to finally understand gauge numbers and why one cabinet is three times the price of another. But it spends a lot of time on the business side at the end, which applies to resellers, not to me as a buyer. Still, the installation chapter alone saved me from anchoring a tall unit into drywall with the wrong fasteners, so I can't complain too much.

I'm a maintenance supervisor, and I think this book is a mixed bag. The first chapter does a good job of explaining the build quality differences, and I dog-eared the page on locking mechanisms.
