The reason it's not a 5-star is that I was hoping for more discussion on the latest lightweight composites from a materials science perspective, but that seems to be saved for the future trends chapter which was more of an overview.

Finally, a book that treats this as a serious piece of equipment. I run a catering company and we put our tables through hell. The guidance on maintaining the locking mechanism and when to replace the rivets versus the whole bracket is exactly the kind of specific knowledge I was looking for. The business strategies section had a few ideas I hadn't considered too, like specializing in high-end table servicing. A very worthwhile purchase.
