It's a solid reference, but I feel the title oversells. The opening chapter on rim basics is really strong and gave me some useful insight into spoke tension, which is why I bought it. However, I found a lot of the material, particularly in the maintenance sections, is stuff I learned in my first year turning wrenches professionally.
