There is a lot of good information here, especially for businesses. The cleaning protocols and supplier landscape chapter are well researched. I gave it three stars because I found the tone a little dry and I felt the chapter on future trends was a bit thin - it is mostly guesses about smart balls and RFID tracking. Also, the book assumes you have a commercial washing machine for the deep-clean chapter, which is a pretty big investment for smaller outfits. That said, the sections on troubleshooting and the FAQ are genuinely useful and I have already applied some of it to our mobile play set-up. It is a solid reference, just not the complete omnibus I hoped for.
