About this book

If you own an air fryer, you know the promise: crispy, golden food with a fraction of the oil. But too often, vegetarian recipes are an afterthought, or they turn out dry, bland, or just not as good as the photo. This cookbook changes that. Air Fryer Vegetarian Cookbook is a focused, reliable collection of recipes built for the home cook who wants to make delicious, meat-free meals without the guesswork.

Inside, you'll find over 60 tested recipes, from crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and Zucchini Fries to hearty Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas and a show-stopping Stuffed Portobello Mushroom. Each recipe includes precise quantities, temperatures, and times—no more wondering if your air fryer runs hot or when to shake the basket. You'll also learn the essential techniques: how to coat vegetables for maximum crunch, when to use a light spritz of oil, and how to layer ingredients for even browning.

Whether you're a weeknight warrior looking for quick, satisfying dinners or a weekend grazer wanting to make crispy snacks and sides, this book has you covered. Organized by meal type and difficulty, it's the only air fryer vegetarian cookbook you'll need. Get ready to make crispy, healthy, and meat-free meals that actually work—every single time.

This is a decent cookbook for vegetarians with an air fryer. I've made a few recipes and they've mostly turned out well—the Brussels sprouts were great. The instructions are clear and times seem accurate. However, I wish there were more photos and more recipes that were a bit more 'wow.' Some of the weeknight dinners were a little plain for my taste. It's a solid starting point, but not the last air fryer cookbook you'll ever need.

Finally, a cookbook that takes air frying vegetables seriously! I've tried so many recipes from blogs and they always come out soggy or burnt. This book has been a game-changer. The Buffalo Cauliflower was perfectly crispy, and the instructions for how to oil the basket and shake at the right time actually work. I also appreciate the meal plans—they've made my weeknight dinners so much easier. I've already gifted a copy to my sister.
