Chapter 1: Why Most Approaches Fail — and What Actually Works
You are not bad at studying. That is the first thing you need to hear, because you have probably spent years believing the opposite. You have sat at your desk with a fresh cup of coffee and a highlighter, determined to master a dense textbook or a new professional certification.
