Let's clear one thing up right away: football doesn't require you to be an athletic wonder. The game you'll play for fun is not the game you watch on TV on a Sunday. The pros run for 90 minutes at an intensity that would hospitalize most of us. Your Sunday morning version will involve a lot more walking, a lot more laughing, and a much lower risk of a career-ending tackle. That's a feature, not a flaw.
