Chapter 1: Why Most Approaches Fail — and What Actually Works
You have probably been told that getting a book deal is about having a great idea, a strong platform, and a well-written proposal. And it is true that those things matter. But here is the uncomfortable reality: most proposals that fail are not rejected because the idea is weak or the writing is bad.
