You know the drill. Every January, or every Monday after a long weekend, you pick yourself up, dust off the sneakers, and plot your comeback. You download the latest app, you buy the pre-workout, or you swear by a new calendar full of high-intensity sessions. For a week, maybe two, you feel fantastic. The discipline feels good. The soreness feels like proof of effort. Then the first disruption arrives - a late meeting, a sick kid, a work trip, or simply a day when you are exhausted.
